Yes! Adonis King offers return shipping labels for US customers. Using return shipping labels is the recommended way to return your item to Adonis King, as you will be able to track your return and receive your credit much more quickly than if you were to send your return back yourself.

Return shipping labels can be purchased and all returns can be submitted in our Returns Portal.

Product can be exchanged for a different size or color variation, provided that such variation is available. Customers are allowed to exchange for item within 30 days. Exchanges exceeding 30 days will not be processed. 

In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that these following conditions are met:

• Product must be returned in its original packaging
• Product wasn't used or damaged
• Product must include original tags (if applicable)
• Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced.

You exchanged product will be processed Once items are received and conditions confirmed.

You are given the rights to exchange the item, One time. Provided that all conditions in Exchange Policy are met.

If you select an item with a higher value compared to the item your exchanging, we will ask you to pay the price difference. In case the value is lower, we will credit you with the difference.. If the product were marked as a gift when purchased, there are some conditions to be followed: Gifts purchased online can be returned by mail when accompanied by the gift receipt or original packing slip. To return a gift purchased online by mail, please email a customer service representative at Contact@ShopAdonisKing.com. For merchandise returned with a gift receipt only, you will receive a merchandise credit that will be issued in the form of an Adonis King E-Gift Card (if you return by mail).

You are given 60 days to ask for the credit from the date of purchase. Customers are entitled to ask for GIFT CARD in exchange to the product

In order for the product to be eligible for Credit make sure that these following conditions are met:

• Product must be returned in its original packaging
• Product wasn't used or damaged
• Product must include original tags (if applicable)
• Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

Product that are on sale or discounted is eligible for Credit

We offer 100% return to refund that are processed through Credit and are valid within 90 days from the date it was credited to the customer. Unfortunately, Credits can't be used to pay for shipping fees.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
• We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
• All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from Online Return Portal that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

We do not provide cash refunds. We will accept exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. We will accept returns for store credit only within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. The following items are considered "Final Sale" and cannot be exchanged:

• Bodysuits
• Accessories
• Swim & Lingerie
• Undergarments
• Sale Items

You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instruction:

If applicable we will send you a shipping label once the return request has been approved. Please make sure to include the return slip in the package.

If you received items ordered online that were received damaged, defective, or incorrect, you will need to contact customer service in order to receive a full refund to your original payment method.

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

• An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
• An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
• Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Non-Adonis King items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.
