To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

- Same-day courier delivery of eligible in-stock items from Adonis King.
- Next-day and Express delivery options also available for any in-stock items.
- Purchases are delivered in a discreet brown box to ensure privacy, with the exception of certain items that may require alternative packaging.

WHAT ARE PREORDER TIMES AND COSTS?
- Pre-order items have an extended processing time, typically fulfilled within 4–6 weeks from the date of order.
- Complimentary ground shipping is available for all pre-orders, ensuring cost-free delivery.
- Priority fulfillment ensures pre-order customers receive their items first once stock becomes available.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?
Adonis King accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. The total will be charged to your card before the order is shipped.
- Adonis King features a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you don't have to re-enter them for future purchases.
- ShopPay Installments: Shop easily online with the option to pay in full at checkout, or to pay for your order over time. When available, Shop Pay Installments is a great option to help you maximize your budget for orders between 50 USD and 20,000 USD.
